Paradise Mansion Inc. refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1773-ENE-5636 placed with Paradise Mansion Inc. on July 30, 1978. I paid $489.53 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Clay E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
