Credit card dispute with Invest of Sovereign

I purchased a plan from Invest of Sovereign on October 11, 2022. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Earlene C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
