Hidden fees discovered from Craft & Works

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7453-FZY-7266 placed with Craft & Works on May 25, 1997. I paid $262.91 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jedidiah O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
