I want to report a serious concern with ProsperityFinance's software that I purchased on December 3, 2002 from your Langoshland, Nebraska store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Merl W., but my issue remains unresolved.
