I have been a loyal customer of ProsperityFinance for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-6799-RFI-4133) on October 2, 2013, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
