Elite-Design provided defective product

On November 15, 1999, I signed up for Elite-Design's exchange program at their Waylonside, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $287.68, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rossie N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
