I am writing regarding order #ORD-5502-OFU-6729 placed with Titan Works Kuala Lumpur on December 23, 1992. I paid $454.11 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Harold I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
