Titan Works Kuala Lumpur provided defective product

I purchased a solution from Titan Works Kuala Lumpur on December 4, 1971. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Alysha R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
