I want to report a serious concern with Ultra-Assembly's package that I purchased on September 19, 1997 from your East Marcia, District of Columbia store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jaqueline D., but my issue remains unresolved.
