On April 17, 2016, I signed up for Dynamic Factories Alliance's customer support at their East Holden, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $604.4, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tamara X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
