I purchased a plan from Retreat Destinations Kelowna on February 16, 1994. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Katelin H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
