Quality issues with Secure Fiscal Advisors product

On May 3, 1981, I signed up for Secure Fiscal Advisors's technical assistance at their West Leviton, Washington location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $781.64, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Esperanza A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
