Paradise Lodge provided defective product

On August 27, 2019, I signed up for Paradise Lodge's installation service at their Mabelfurt, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $814.8, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marilyne N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
