Billing dispute with Paradise Lodge

On June 15, 2000, I signed up for Paradise Lodge's delivery service at their North Orvilleberg, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $117.81, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Patsy D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
