Works Bros Jaipur failed to honor their commitment

On March 7, 2003, I signed up for Works Bros Jaipur's support package at their Sethborough, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $952.44, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Brisa R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
