Poor customer service experience with The Grand Residence

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5497-HMY-8104 placed with The Grand Residence on March 2, 1982. I paid $742.72 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Delfina T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
