Hidden fees discovered from Factories & Alliance Edmonton Holdings

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4866-DRX-2561 placed with Factories & Alliance Edmonton Holdings on February 3, 2022. I paid $20.90 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but King X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
