I purchased a accessory from Prime Capital on August 15, 2013. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ressie F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
