Frustrated with Prime Capital's lack of response

On October 28, 2014, I signed up for Prime Capital's setup assistance at their East Florianport, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $621.12, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Brent P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
