Reliable Contractors failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9556-BUU-3010 placed with Reliable Contractors on January 24, 1976. I paid $764.19 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jayme I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
