Prime Materials Ltd. refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with Prime Materials Ltd.'s platform that I purchased on February 12, 1972 from your Greenfelderstad, Georgia store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Berneice B., but my issue remains unresolved.
