Royal Inn Resorts Milwaukee failed to honor their commitment

I want to report a serious concern with Royal Inn Resorts Milwaukee's solution that I purchased on June 3, 2002 from your Port Elnora, Montana store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Judge K., but my issue remains unresolved.
