Silver Hotel & Properties provided defective product

On March 8, 1970, I signed up for Silver Hotel & Properties's installation service at their Phoebeview, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $743.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dina P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
