Refund refused by Venture Trust Ajman Enterprises

On November 12, 1978, I signed up for Venture Trust Ajman Enterprises's repair service at their Dibbertmouth, Florida location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $141.18, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sister W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
