Delayed delivery from Money Management

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4390-YEH-1250 placed with Money Management on July 14, 1971. I paid $608.76 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Desiree C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
