I am writing regarding order #ORD-1556-KII-7990 placed with Money Management on August 30, 1976. I paid $429.71 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Brandy Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
