Cozy Stay & International provided defective product

On February 4, 1996, I signed up for Cozy Stay & International's maintenance program at their Lake Rosalee, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $192.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elsie K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
