False promises made by Unified Components Group representative

On March 14, 2014, I signed up for Unified Components Group's upgrade service at their West Chaseton, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $778.16, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rickie O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
