Hidden fees discovered from Elite Oasis LLC

On October 16, 2017, I signed up for Elite Oasis LLC's technical assistance at their Olsonland, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $896.40, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cheyanne F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
