Billing dispute with Elite Oasis LLC

On April 16, 2012, I signed up for Elite Oasis LLC's delivery service at their D'Amorebury, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $450.17, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mathew G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
