Steel Production failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1394-ZGU-9861 placed with Steel Production on January 13, 2012. I paid $134.50 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Vern Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
