I am writing regarding order #ORD-5720-WGA-5428 placed with Steel Production on May 18, 1984. I paid $365.69 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Corrine I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
