Misleading advertising by Accommodations at Tranquil

On March 16, 1987, I signed up for Accommodations at Tranquil's delivery service at their New Ines, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $145.29, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Celine L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
