Misleading advertising by Steel Tech

On February 12, 2007, I signed up for Steel Tech's warranty service at their Lake Jimmy, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $440.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Frederique G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
