I am writing regarding order #ORD-8994-CZX-5723 placed with Strong Architecture & Sons Inc. on September 19, 1977. I paid $775.69 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Josianne W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
