ATM malfunction at PinnacleAsset Corp. resulted in lost funds

On December 13, 2014, I signed up for PinnacleAsset Corp.'s technical assistance at their Millsland, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $471.52, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vicky K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
