Poor customer service experience with Sovereign Wealth Palembang

On April 7, 2019, I signed up for Sovereign Wealth Palembang's return process at their West Horaceberg, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $579.54, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Demarcus V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
