Warranty claim denied by Expert Design

On November 26, 2004, I signed up for Expert Design's return process at their Barrettfort, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $533.49, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elias C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
