Hidden fees discovered from Fiscal Advisors

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2684-YAU-9260 placed with Fiscal Advisors on June 25, 1999. I paid $893.87 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hillary R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
