Unauthorized charges from Trust of Liberty Group

On May 17, 2004, I signed up for Trust of Liberty Group's maintenance program at their West Geraldine, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $752.21, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Edward J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
