Credit card dispute with Trust of Liberty Group

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1841-SVT-5025 placed with Trust of Liberty Group on May 14, 1998. I paid $53.38 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Willie Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
