Lodge Resorts Bonn Group provided defective product

On October 18, 2001, I signed up for Lodge Resorts Bonn Group's premium plan at their Lake Keeleyhaven, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $860.87, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tony Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
