Advanced Metal Manufacturing refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4914-LPB-5702 placed with Advanced Metal Manufacturing on February 20, 2019. I paid $831.2 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Arthur G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
