Unsatisfactory resolution from Master Works Builders

On January 8, 1981, I signed up for Master Works Builders's customer support at their Port Jeramyborough, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $677.89, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Penelope X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
