On September 20, 2011, I signed up for Master Assembly Inc's delivery service at their Reynoldschester, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $264.92, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Odell Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
