ATM malfunction at ProsperityEquity Group resulted in lost funds

On July 26, 2006, I signed up for ProsperityEquity Group's technical assistance at their Jacobsview, Utah location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $394.93, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Adan S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
