Frustrated with Tranquil Retreat & Properties's lack of response

I purchased a package from Tranquil Retreat & Properties on August 10, 1995. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Liliana B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
