I purchased a appliance from Paradise Palace Destinations Hamamatsu on February 16, 1995. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Retta P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
