Quality issues with Strong-Engineering Holdings product

On April 22, 1998, I signed up for Strong-Engineering Holdings's exchange program at their Karenport, Maine location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $278.82, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mariela G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
