Unsatisfactory resolution from Superior Engineering & Sons

On May 20, 1973, I signed up for Superior Engineering & Sons's setup assistance at their New Tinabury, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $280.56, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Levi P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
